Will my credits run out over time?
No — credits have no expiry date. Whether they came from a pack or with a Pro month, they sit on your balance until you use them.
What if a model doesn't come out?
We reserve the credits when your job begins and hand them straight back if it fails. You pay only for the models you actually receive.
Is Pro a recurring subscription?
It isn't. Each Pro month is paid up front: Pro stays active until that month ends, then you drop back to Free and keep all your credits. You can add another month whenever you like — it's added on after the current one.
Am I allowed to sell or ship what I make?
Anything you generate on Pro includes a commercial license. Models made on Free are meant for personal projects and trying things out.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes — a PDF invoice is created for every payment. Want your company details on it? Fill in the company name, address and VAT ID on the billing page before you check out.
Which payment options are there?
Pick any method listed at checkout, such as a bank transfer or paying by card in person at our counter. Card payments run through the payment provider or terminal, so your card details never reach us and are never stored by us.
